The project

This is a constantly transforming installation, enriched by the flowers crafted by participants and the phrases and words they contribute, reflecting their desires for growth and blossoming in the present moment.

The outcome is a profound expression of sincerity and resilience.

The motivation behind the idea

After a sequence of events in the past few years, that we have had to go through as a human: covid and all the cancellations and postpone from big to small personal events, not being available to travel as usual to visit our country home, a cyclon who reminds us lockdowns, floods, and a wet summer so far. I’m facing a fragility side that I never experience before. It makes me perceive time differently.

We can't leave the thing that we want and we should do or say for later. We have to shine, we have to grow.

It's time to use the best dress and not wait for the best occasion to wear it. It’s a special dress, which holds the dreams, the unfinished, all the wishes, all the “out of my life” desires, words, and phrases that are important to believe or forget. Because we are a mix of thig. It’s an invitation to blossom right now and just how we are at this moment.

How was the participation in the installation

During the exhibition, participants were invited to create a paper flower and write down their reflections.
