For my graduation, I wrote this thesis, which unfortunately is not available in English. In it, I explore my artistic journey, describing it in three distinct movements focused on the body, language, and the act of giving existence to oneself. It is a journey from the

inside out.

Years later, I continued reflecting, delving even deeper into the encounter with others and enriching myself through those interactions. These experiences inspired my participatory projects, where I invited the audience to create alongside me and connect with their own creativity.
